Michael P. Ubaldi

Michael P. Ubaldi, 74 of Rochester Twp., passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in UPMC McCandless.  He was born on July 20, 1950 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a son of the late Carmen Ubaldi and Elizabeth McConnell. He earned a Bachelors Degree from Mansfield College. Michael was a retired Locomotive Engineer working with Norfolk and Southern for 36 years.  He loved to walk,  he, his wife and dog Buddy would walk around the track at Rochester High School and they enjoyed walks in the neighborhood.  He also enjoyed traveling, especially to Jamaica. 

He is survived by his beloved wife Sundy Ubaldi; two daughters: Nikki Ubaldi (Thaddee Boyogueno), and Gina (Jay) Kolanko; 4 grandsons: Yves, Beau, Theo & Real; a grandaughter: Camren; a son Tony Ubaldi; 4 siblings: Donna (Rob) Cron, Dennis (Denise) Ubaldi, Raymond (Loretta) Ubaldi, and Mark McConnell; and 4 sisters-in-law: Marsha (Willie) Ellison, Yvonne Bell, Doris Nash, and Norma Pinkston.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February, 8 2025 at Second Baptist Church of Rochester 200 Clay St. Rochester, PA 15074.
