  1. Joe was a ray of sunshine, in a sometimes dreary world. His smile was infectious, and he had so much love to give. Gary and I were so blessed to have known him, and we will love, and miss him, forever!

  2. Joey was a beloved little sweetheart who our family thought the world of. His passing brings some heartfelt sadness in the joy he brought to others being gone. However I know he is with Dad and Mom and I’m sure that he is happy, as always. Like my brother, Joey was a special gift. My sympathies to his brothers.

  3. Have some very great memories with Joe and my Uncle David. I remember watching Insidious with him, he heard I was watching something scary and was all for it.. He then would laugh at me as I was terrified. He will be missed greatly by the Welsh household! My dad and him will be causing a ruckus up there in heaven!

  4. I also have many great memories with Joe and my brother. We considered him part of our family! Love you Joe! You will be missed by all of us!
