Craig A. Williamson
Craig A. Williamson, 69 of Freedom passed away Monday June 5th, 2023. Craig was born in Rochester, PA on September 16, 1953 the only child of Karl and Eleanor “Becky” Williamson. After graduating in Freedom Area High School’s class of ’71, Craig made his living as a meat cutter and a musician. Many still remember him as the bass guitarist of the Crows Run Band. One of his favorite pastimes was cruising the roads of Beaver County on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Craig is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Gemma and Nicholas Mitchell of Freedom and Gemma’s mother, Debra.
In observance of his wishes, a graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom on Monday June 12 at 1:00pm. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers or testimonials, please consider a donation to the Parkinson’s Foundation of Western Pennsylvania.
