  1. Peggy was my friend and my Board Chair at Pittsburgh Technical College, where she served tirelessly for 25 years. She never wavered in her support of the College and it’s students. Peggy never missed a commencement or college event. Her devotion and love for her “college on the bluff” was undeniable. I will truly miss our conversations and her wisdom, her creativity and her energy. She was a phenomenal woman. The Major and I wish the family peace that surpasses all understanding and that you will be comforted by her memories, especially her beloved Howard. We miss and love you my dearest Chair!

  2. Peggy Jean was a longtime friend. We lived across the street from one another during our high school and college years. She was one of my bridesmaids . When I moved to Texas , she was one of the few friends who flew there to visit. Our friendship continued over the decades . I never came back to Pittsburgh without getting together with Peg. She was wise, kind and had a zest for life. I shall miss her terribly.

  3. I am so saddened to hear of the passing of my ‘Big Sister’ Marcy. We spent so many great times in Steubenville and made wonderful college memories.
We have gotten together many times since then to reminisce over a good meal.
She was gracious and beautiful and I will miss her very much.

  4. Dear Peggie, You brightened our lives and now you walk with God to brighten Heaven. We pray the Lord takes you and keeps you forever and forever. Mary Betlyn Paul Betlyn

  5. I was a student at CCBC when Peggy was employed there back in 1973/4
I remember her being so nice and helpful to me. Her kindness will always be remembered by me. It’s a coincidence that recently I was just reminiscing of those days and Peggy’s name was brought up! Then I read about her passing. My deepest sympathy to her family . I was privileged to know her.
