Carole Marjorie Ross

Carole Marjorie Ross, 81 formerly of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 in Cambridge Village.  She was born on November 2, 1941 in Aliquippa, PA a daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret Gurniak. She was a retired school bus driver for more than 30 years working at Hopewell Area Schools. She was a member of Mary Queen of Saints Parish attending Our Lady of Fatima Church.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking and Bible studies. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis P. Ross in 1987 and a brother Ronald Gurniak.

She is survived by her three children: Richard Ross, Robinson Twp., Kenneth Ross (Tammy Loftus), Venice, FL, and Denise Ross, Robinson Twp.; 2 granddaughters: Stephanie Ross (Christian Tsu-Raun), & Amanda Ross (Mary Fortino); and a sister Marlane & Gerald Karcesky, and a host of nieces, nephews, and family friends.

A private memorial mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Fatima Church

Interment will take place at a later date in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
