Margie (Benson) Thompson, 64 of New Brighton, passed away on March 7, 2022. She was born on December 11, 1957, a daughter of the late Harry A. Benson Jr. and Ruby S. (Snyder).
She is preceded in death by her sister, Jane Waugaman
She is survived by her daughters, Katie Thompson and Melissa Thompson; her nephew Cory (Kelly) Waugaman, her niece Cara Cruz and her great nephew, Riley Cruz.

I was Margie’s college roommate at Edinboro Pa.(Scranton Hall) in 1977. She was very bright and we had a lot of fun. I met her family (Harry, Ruby, and Janey.)She transferred to another college and we kept in touch for years, but eventually lost contact. If possible, I’d like to speak to someone in her family. If Katie or Melissa would contact me, I would be grateful.
