Sarah Alice Auld

Sarah Alice (Clear) Auld, 94, formerly of Rochester, passed away on December 5, 2019. She was born on September 5, 1925 in Rochester, Pa., a daughter of the late William and Sarah A. (Hitchman) Clear.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Auld (2014) and her son, Charles A. Auld Jr.

She is survived by her children, Charlene (Gary) Espey, Dawna Meers, Denise (Martin) Wilson, Sally (Dave) Lodovico, and Amy Auld; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister, Geraldine Mayhue, and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Sarah was a member of the Free Methodist church, she loved reading her bible and listening to gospel music. Sarah and her husband were also very involved with the Ostomy Club.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (502 Adams St.) where a funeral service will be conducted by her pastor, Bob Singleton, on Tuesday at 11 AM.
