Shirley A. Baker

 

Shirley A. Baker, 71, of North Sewickley  Twp., passed away on February 2, 2017. She was born on May 14, 1945 in New Brighton, a daughter of the late Curtis E. and Patricia Mae (Patterson) Baker.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Curtis “Sonny” Baker.

She is survived by her brother, Robert (Darlene) Baker; her nieces, Tammy (Ron) Snyder, and Lori (Dennis) Fagan; great nieces and nephews, Justin, Shane, Lexi Snyder and Kasey and Shelby Fagan; and many cousins.

Shirley enjoyed many things in life; she enjoyed vacationing with family and friends, playing bingo, building puzzles, games and listening to music. She also enjoyed fishing with her dad and playing cards with her mother.

Family and Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-5 PM in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester (502 Adams St.), where a funeral service will be held Monday at 11 AM with Pastor, Tod Custer.

The family would like to thank the nursing staff on 4 Main at Brighton Rehab and also to Dr. Gill and Dr. R.S. Shetty, for the care she received during her illness.
