Ruth A. Ralston

Ruth A. Ralston, 68, of Moon Twp., died on March 2, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh on June 3, 1947 the daughter of the late John Nesbit & Jane (Haymaker) Ralston. Ruth retired after teaching 2nd grade at Brooks Elementary School, Moon Twp. for over thirty years, and was a member of Sharon Community Presbyterian Church, Moon Twp. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Ralston Jones, and a sister-in-law, Lynn Ralston. She is survived by brothers, John Ralston of Indiana, PA, Robert Ralston (Karen) of Upper St. Clair, PA & David Ralston (Sherry) of Newburgh, IN., and nieces, Patti McClure (Rick), Wexford & Barbara Riesmeyer (Paul), McMurray. The rest of her extended family will miss her as well. A private interment at Elderton Cemetery in Elderton, PA has been arranged through The Huntsman Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Moon Twp. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday April 30th at 11:00am at the Sharon Community Presbyterian Church, 522 Carnot Rd. Moon Twp., PA 15108.
