Jerome “Jerry” V. Hazenstab

Jerome “Jerry” V. Hazenstab, 61, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away after a brief illness, on May 9, 2019. He was born in Rochester, PA., on May 2, 1958, a son of the late Jerome W. and Helen (Tirik) Hazenstab.

Jerry loved the outdoors, and was a avid hunter and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his son, Brett (Patricia) Hazenstab; his daughter, Stacy (Rick) Conlin; his 8 grandchildren, Tony, Kris, Sebastian, Emmalie, Connor Hazenstab and Caci, Charlotte, D.J. Conlin.

He is also survived by his siblings, Kathleen (Nancy Griffin) Hazenstab, William (Debbie) Hazenstab, Jim (Rhonda) Hazenstab, and Thomas (Sue) Hazenstab; and also, by his long-time neighbors and close friends, Rick & Colleen Matlick.

Per Jerry’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
