Darrell L. Kennedy
Darrell L. Kennedy, 79, of Raccoon Twp. died on August 13, 2017, in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. He was born in Rochester on July 7, 1938 the son of the late Chester & Thelma (Holland) Kennedy.
Darrell worked as a butcher and retired after 30 years from Safrans Supermarket in Sewickley.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Lou (Mancinetti) Kennedy. Four sons: Mike Kennedy, Raccoon Twp.; Jeff Kennedy (Joanna), Raccoon Twp.; Tim Kennedy (Dana), Raccoon Twp.; Chris Kennedy, TN. Nine grandchildren: Josh, Tim Jr., Melissa, Samantha, Sarah, Brianna, Nathanael, Kaitlyn & Abigail. Four great grandchildren: Riley, Micah, Kirra & David. A sister, Sue Kennedy.
In addition to his parents, Darrell was preceded in death by two brothers, Lane Kennedy & Gary Kennedy.
As Darrell wished, there will be no public visitation or services, the Huntsman Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Aliquippa is in charge of arrangements.
