Patricia was born on September 4, 1936 in Atlasburg, Pennsylvania; and was the daughter of the late Roland and Anna (Duffey) Clair.  She worked with Dr. Elliott and then Dr. Tejan’s chiropractic office as the office manager in South Heights for fourteen years.
