David Eugene Vandine
David Eugene Vandine, 65, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 6, 2025 in his home. He was born in Rochester, PA on June 4, 1958 a son of the late Isaac and Alice A “Bert” Vandine. He loved to do outside activities, especially riding his Harley. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and doing fun things with them. He was a veteran of the U.S Army.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Kathy Vandine; a step-daughter; Donnell Michalec, three grandchildren: Cody Michalec, Colten Michalec, and Kaylin Michalec, all in Texas; siblings: Isaac “Luke” (Lynn) Vandine, Norfolk, CT; Jane (Michael) Price, Independence Township; Charlotte (Michael) Paunovic, Aliquippa; Alice Campbell, Sisterville, WV; a sister-in-law: Peggy (Barry) Kowalick, Independence Township; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Beverly Barker and Carol Vandine.

Dave and I first met in 1974 and have remained friends since. Even though our paths took different directions through the years we both new our friendship would always be there. Often referring too each other as brothers from another mother. Till our paths meet again Dave, Love, your brother Gerald
