Ann J. Green

Ann J. Green, 88, of Aliquippa passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Lakeview Personal Care Home in Darlington.  She was born in Cecil Twp., PA on June 29, 1936 a daughter of the late Frances and Wilbur Koonse.  She was a retired first grade school teacher, teaching at St. James Elementary School in Sewickley. She enjoyed drawing, especially with chalk and pencil.  Ann also loved flowers and gardening.  She was a member of Mary Queen of Saints Parish, Our Lady of Fatima church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband: James Green, in 2016, her stepson, Alan Green in 2023, and numerous siblings. 

She is survived by her stepdaughter: Lisa & Marco Ferrara; stepdaughter-in-law: Tina Green; a granddaughter: Alicia Ferrara; and a nephew: Richard & Debra Koonse Jr.

According to her wishes, all services are private.
