Bernice Marie Kutzko

Bernice Marie Kutzko, 93 of Brighton Twp. passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 8, 2026 in Providence Health and Rehab, Beaver Falls. Bernie was born on February 9, 1933 in Aliquippa to the late Stella and Harrison Kirkwood. Bernice was married to her best friend and loving husband Leonard Kutzko for 67 years. She loved camping, traveling and sitting on a beach watching her Len catch fish. She enjoyed quilting, baking and making a cozy home. Bernie spent a lot of time volunteering as a ranger for Flagler Beach’s State Park in Florida. In addition to her parents, siblings and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson Benjamin Druzak and two great grandson’s Macon Wills Bittner and Peter Talon Kutzko. She is survived by three children: Leonard C. Kutzko, Hopewell; LeeAnn Ranieri, California; and Cheri and Jeff Druzak, Collier Twp. Five grandchildren: Jacy Kutzko (Michael) Bittner, John (Lauren) Ranieri, Cody Kutzko, Lisa (Brian) Preetz, and Joshua Druzak. Eleven great-grandchildren Camden, Gus and Archie Bittner; Elizabeth and Maxwell Ranieri; Leo, George and Sofia Preetz; and Brooke, Noah and Jace Druzak. Bernice also leaves behind two very special care givers that became family, Tammi and Chassidy Mesko. The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Heartland Hospice and the nursing staff at Providence for their care and compassion.
