Richard Bryan Chichester

Richard Bryan Chichester Jr., 72, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 in Covington Skilled Nursing in East Palestine Ohio.  He was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania a son of the late Richard “Dick” Chichester Sr. and Mildred “Sue” Fairbanks Chichester. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and Neil Sterling; and a brother-in-law, Wayne Freeman.

He is survived by two sisters: Kim Freeman and Renee (George) Adams, a brother Carl Chichester; 4 children: Richard Chichester III, Quentin Chichester, Nicole Dowd, and Cassie Doughty.  He had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

As were his wishes, all services were private.
