Helen Ruth (Capenos) Pedaline

Helen Ruth (Capenos) Pedaline, 95, formally of Rochester, passed away on June 23, 2025, in Johnstown PA. She was born on March 23, 1930, a daughter of the late George and Vella (Barnes) Capenos.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pedaline (1994), siblings, Blane Capenos, Marie Gutch, Ethel Beatley and Augusta Nieman.

She is survived by her daughters, Frances Pedaline, Bonnie (Bill) Isley and Penny (Joe) Froehlich. 

Also survived by five grandchildren, William (Ana Chen) Isley III, Danielle (Nicholas) Tamburrino, Kaitlyn (Owen) Sandoval, Renee Froehlich and Anna Froehlich and three great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Winston Isley and Liam Tamburrino.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 3pm – 7pm in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester (502 Adams St.) where a funeral service will be held Monday at 10am.  Private interment at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
