James E. Conner III

James E. Conner III 73, of Aliquippa, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in his home.  He was born in New Cumberland, West Virginia on June 9, 1949 the son of the late James E. Conner Sr. &  Rosemarie (Webster) & John Gougenhour A US Navy  and was retired from Conrail where he worked as a Machinist. He loved to bowl, a member of the Rochester Bowling League.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a member of the Baden American Legion. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Virginia Rose Conner and a brother, Harry Conner. 

He is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, Emma J. Conner; two sons: Earl J. (Misty) Conner, Conway; Dale (Cynthia) Conner, Aliquippa; 5 grandchildren: Savanna Hummel, Alexis Conner, Zoey Conner, Taylor Conner and Kayla Conner; 13 brothers and sisters: Bill Caldwell, Fred Showalter, Daniel Showalter, Greg Showalter, Bertha Conner, Beverly Dicken, Cassie O’Brien, Jean Taylor, Margaret Cox, Linda Hunter (Hunters Personal Care), Sally Green, Fred Conner, and  James E. Conner Jr.; and a special friend Sharon Hummel.

As were his wishes, there will be no services.
