Floyd Scott Wooddell
Floyd Scott Wooddell, 74 of Leesburg, VA passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was born in Rochester, PA on July 29,1948 the son of Eugene Wooddell and the late Opal Wooddell. He was retired after 43 years from Kmart Corporation working as a retail manager. He adored his family and was everyone’s friend. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Penguins fan.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen; his son, Curtis and Tara Wooddell; granddaughters: Samantha, Sydney, Jordan and Emerald; a sister, Charlotte Duchene; a brother, Robert Wooddell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; two brothers-in-law, Frank Burja and John Burja; and a sister-in-law, Joni Burja.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 in Our Lady of the Valley (St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Parish) at 10am.
Internet will take place in Our Lady of the Valley (St. Cecilia) Catholic Cemetery.
