Josephine M. Rambo
Josephine M. Rambo, 94 of Beaver Pa., went home to be with our Lord in heaven. She lived a full life and later in her years developed dementia, which she succumbed to on January 5, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a devoted homemaker, a wonderful cook and gardener. She never was afraid to tackle whatever task that needed done, from pouring cement for a sidewalk, to climbing a ladder to trim a tree.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bruno R. Sr. and Theresa (Gaudio) Mammone; her husband, George H. Rambo Sr. (1994); two sisters, Elizabeth Bair, and Caroline Snyder and her brother, Bruno R. Mammone, Jr.
She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Deborah Rambo, Ocala Fl., George and Donna Rambo, Astatula FL.; four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Allen Martino, Monaca, Pa., Christine and David Ryce, Richlands, NC., Connie Rambo, Beaver, PA., and Tammy and Mike Chittum, Chesapeake, VA., twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Sunday, January 10th, from 2-4 PM, in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester (502 Adams St.) where a funeral service will be held at 4 PM, with Pastor Donald MacNeil officiating. Masks and social distancing required in accordance with the CDC guidelines. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Fund or one of your choice
