Lowell David Carter

Lowell David Carter 59, of Hopewell Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 31, 2019 in his home.  He was born in Homestead, PA on November 25, 1959 the son of Willard Carter of Hopewell Twp., and the late Barbara Carter. He was a welder by trade working for numerous companies over his career. He was an US Airforce veteran. He enjoyed reading and being outside and was a lifelong member of the NRA.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother Kent Carter.

He is survived by his wife Lisa Carter; three children: Christina, Joshua, and Chelsea Carter; one grandson Aidan Carter; a granddaughter Eve Carter; three siblings: Mark (Terri) Carter; Brian Carter, Vina “Ellen” (Joseph) Carter Antonetti; nieces and nephews and friends.
