Samuel J. Bonaparte Jr.
Samuel J. Bonaparte, Jr., 87 of New Sewickley Twp., passed away on March 25, 2019 in Brighton Rehab and Wellness. He was born in Freedom, PA on March 10, 1932, a son of the late Salvatore and Felicetta (Goletti) Bonaparte.
Sam was a veteran of the Army, having served during the Korean Conflict as a Medic. He worked as an Electrician for ARMCO and was a bus driver for Rhodes for 12 years. He was a member of the Freedom Eagles Lodge 1429, the Golden Boys Golf League and a Eucharist Minister at St. Felix Parish, Freedom.
He is survived by his loving wife Janice (Peck) Bonaparte and numerous nephews and nieces.
He is preceded in death by his 8 brothers, and 4 sisters.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 pm at the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester (502 Adams St.). A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM in the St. Felix Parish, Freedom. Everyone meet at church. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
