Ruth L. Bell

Ruth L Bell, age 90, of Rochester Twp., died on December 18, 2017.  She was born on June 8th, 1927, in New Brighton, and was the daughter of the late Emmett and Grace (Herman) Devore. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Bell (4/2017) and a brother Emmett Devore.

Ruth was a very devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.  She especially loved family gatherings and the Easter and Christmas holidays. She enjoyed making cookies, candy and sending lots of presents to the grandchildren.

She is survived by a son Dr. Charles F. Bell, Jr. and his wife Susie of Labelle FL, 4 grandchildren Ryan Bell (Trish) Michael Bell (Sarah), Darren Bell (Sol), Elizabeth Graddy, 4 great grandchildren: Makenna, Liam, Camden, Maddox and a brother in law Raymond Bell.

Family and friends are invited to the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc.,of Rochester, Inc (502 Adams st.) on Friday, January 12th, from 5pm to 6pm. Rev David Wilson will conduct the funeral service beginning at 6pm. Private interment will take place on Saturday morning in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
