Luella (Pflug) Chaffee

Luella (Pflug) Chaffee, 94 of Beaver, passed away on Sunday October 1, 2017 in Brighton Rehab and Wellness.  She was born in Brighton Twp. on March 3, 1923 the daughter of the late Arthur & Mary Pflug.  She was a member of the Beaver Christian & Missionary Alliance Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ward Chaffee in 2012; and her brothers: Arthur, Charles, George, W. Lemoyne Pflug, and Oscar Hinkle; and her sisters: Wilma Steeb, Mary Eakin, and Phyllis Mooney.

She is survived by her daughter: Nancy Smith, New Brighton; 4 Grandchildren: Michael Hall, Michelle Guthrie, David Hall and Jason Smith; two great grandchildren Alexis and Noah.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 1 until the time of funeral service at 4pm in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Rochester.

Private interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Cemetery.
