Alda F. Glover

Alda, F. Glover, 93, of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Friday September 8, 2017 in Curahealth Hospital, Beaver. She was born on January 12, 1924 in Glennwillard, the daughter of the late William and Juanita McCoy. She was retired from Pittsburgh Des Moines Steel where she worked as a programmer. She was a member of New Life Presbyterian Church and the 1st graduating class of Hopewell High School. She loved bowling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William E. Glover in 1962, a sister Betty Terwilliger, and three brothers-in-law.
She is survived by her three children: William & Judy Glover, Texas; Judith & Thomas Duncan, Hopewell Twp.; and Susan Pearson, Hopewell Twp. 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and three sisters: Marjorie Geisel, Edith Hughes, and Nancy (George) Caler.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 3pm – 7pm in Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Aliquippa, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am, with her pastor Rev. Jarrod Nelson officiating.
Interment will follow in Mill Creek Hill Cemetery.
