Violet K. Nesbitt

Violet K. (Ciufo) Nesbitt, 86, of Economy Boro, passed away on July 30, 2016, in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born in Rochester, PA., on November 6, 1929, a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Zargano) Ciufo. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Neil Nesbitt, January 16, 2016; and siblings, Michael, Carl, Lawrence, Herman and Tony Ciufo, Josephine Dibasio, Natalie Hermick, Palma Grossetti, and Jeannette Golletti. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Kenneth) Jurich; two grandchildren, Dr. James (Holly) Speigle, Nicole (Steven) Downey; five great-grandchildren, Loni, Grady, Josi, Mason and Kori. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the HUNTSMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES OF ROCHESTER, www.huntsmanfuneralhomes.com, 502 Adams St. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Good Samaritan Catholic Church, 725 Glenwood Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003, on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.
