Patricia Moore

Patricia (DeLucia) Moore, December 1, 1956 ~ April 3, 2016. Patty joined her parents Andrew & Freda (Ash) DeLucia, brother Andrew T. DeLucia, nephew Stephen Payne Jr., great nephew Stephen Payne III along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and pets in heaven at the young age of 59 due to multiple health issues. She is missed and loved but not forgotten by her boyfriend of 26 years Charles Trowbridge, her daughter and future son in law Crystal Barr and Shawn Reidy, her sister and brother in law Agie & Danny Modrovich, her nephews Andrew and Tony DeLucia, her nieces Christina and Frank Guido and Amy and Adam McMillen, her great niece and nephews Prehya, Dominic, Gabriel and Reese as well as many others. Visitation will be on Wednesday April 6, 2016 from 3:30pm until time of service at 6:00pm in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. 502 Adams St. Rochester where a funeral service will be conducted at 6:00pm. Private interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
