Carol J. Hogan

Carol J. (Shaulis) Hogan, 70, of Rochester, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016. She was born in Somerset, PA, on May 29, 1945, a daughter of the late LeRoy and Betty (Byron) Shaulis. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth Hogan; a daughter, Nancy Hogan, a grandson, Ronald Kroskey Jr., and several siblings. She is survived by her children, Kathy (Ron) Kroskey, and Michael (Shawndell) Hogan; three grandchildren, Nicole Kroskey, Tiffany Kroskey, and Trinady Hogan, and four great-grandchildren, Trixie, Wyatt, Matthew, and Emma. She is also survived by her siblings, Judy Feragotti, Brenda Shaulis, and Bea Sullivan. Friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the HUNTSMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES OF ROCHESTER, 502 Adams St., where a funeral service will be conducted by the Salvation Army at 10 a.m., Tuesday. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Freedom Cemetery.
