Craig Alan Morrison

Craig Alan Morrison, 57, of Moon Township, passed quietly at 8:10pm on Friday, August 7th, 2020 in Allegheny General Hospital. He was born in Sewickley on January 7th, 1963, the son of Margaret Morrison (Ihnat) and the late Kenneth W. Morrison.

A former 1981 Alumni from Moon Area High School, Craig was a man of many talents.  He was loved by so many people, and would do anything for anyone who needed help.  He is survived by his husband of 4 years (partner since 2000), Todd William Negley, of Boiling Springs, PA, & his cuddle puppy, Mia, & Todd’s late Father’s cat Jake, his Mother, Margaret Morrison (Ihnat), two sisters, Lorie Todd (Morrison), and Susan Morrison (William Kocher), nieces Jamie Roland (Todd) (Christopher Roland), Kristin Berkeybile (Yakima) (Bryan Berkeybile), Leigh Offord (Yakima), nephews Joshua Todd, and Michael Yakima (Karen Yakima), as well as their families which include Ten Grandnieces and Grandnephews, and his Sister-In-Law Kellie Kask (Negley) and her son Jarrett Kask.  He was an awesome Uncle to: Kristin, Leigh, Michael, Jamie & Joshua.

In addition to his Father, Craig was preceded in death by his Brother-In-Law, James Todd.  Craig was also the Godfather to Jamie Roland’s son Connor.  Craig became a “fill-in” for his sister Lorie’s husband, James Todd, after his passing, to their grandchildren, who adored Craig (& his husband, Todd).  Craig was a very clever, crafty, innovative, thoughtful, strong-willed, & loving person (to name a few).  He has left a huge hole in all the lives he as touched.  He will be greatly missed.

Family will be received on Thursday August 13th from 2-4 & 6-8PM in The Huntsman Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Moon Twp. (1522 Coraopolis Hts. Rd.) where a funeral service will be held on Friday morning at 10AM.  Private interment will take place at a later date.

Face coverings and social distancing required.

  6. I am so sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Regrettably, I only had the privilege of working with Craig for 1-1/2 years. From the day I started, Craig was an invaluable resource and support that I cherished. He made me feel welcomed when I started with FEIN and I enjoyed stopping in his office to say “hi”, catch up, and of course ask for his assistance when I was in Pittsburgh. With fondest memories and deepest sympathies.
