Joan (Lawry) Dinda

On February 27, 2021, Joan (Lawry) Dinda, wife of Andy Dinda, passed away peacefully at home after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 68.  Joan had owned a family restaurant in Robinson Twp. for 32 years, not wanting to retire, Joan had worked at Robert Morris University for the last ten years. Joan loved reading books, crossword puzzles and cooking.

Joan was the daughter of the late George and Marian Lawry.  She will be forever remembered by her husband Andy, and her brothers and sisters, George (Sally) Lawry, Dorothy (Art) Tragesser, Donald (Debbie) Lawry, her twin, Jane (Frank) Boyle, Cathy (the late Jim) Downs, Peggy (Dave) Crooks, Mary (Walt) Helgerman, Julie (Jim) Morgan and Becky (Jerry) Glevicky. Sister-in-law, Patty (John) Gernat and Jenny (the late Richard) Dinda and many nieces and nephews.

There are no services at this time.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The Huntsman Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Moon Twp. is in charge of arrangements.
