Patrick J. Murtha

Patrick J. Murtha Sr., 62, of Rochester, passed away peacefully in his home on October 3, 2016. He was born in Gainsville, Fl, on June 14, 1954, a son of the late Michael and Betty (Clements-Cawley) Murtha. He is survived by his wife, Geanan (Goodwin) Murtha; his son, Patrick J. Murtha Jr.; his siblings, Michael (Diane) Murtha, Theresa (John) Revelle, Joseph (Joy) Murtha, and Michelle (Rick) Garcia; and numerous nieces and nephews. He worked with US Air/American airlines for many years. Friends will be received on Saturday from, 11 AM, until time of services at 1 PM, with Rev. Henry Knapp officiating, in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. of Rochester (502 Adams St). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the “Richwood mission trip” in care of the First Presbyterian Church in Beaver, 252 College Ave. Beaver PA 15009.
