Nicholas Paul Blodis, age 63, of Moon Township PA, after a valiant struggle passed away in his sleep on May 6. The beloved husband of Denise Trulli Blodis for
33 years. Loving father of Jessica Blodis of St. Petersburg Florida and Nicholas Blodis of Seattle Washington. His loss is mourned by his two sisters Patricia Mueller Beran and husband Ronald and Maureen Mueller Rzepecki and husband Joseph and brother John Mueller. Son of the late Nicholas and Anna Rose Blodis, he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends. Nick was known to his family and friends for his sharp intellect, humor and charm. He loved golf, travel and most of all playing his drums. He will be remembered for “lighting up the room” wherever he went. Nick had the ability to make you feel like you were the most important person In the world and had such a generous spirit and positive, fun outlook on life. The void he leaves will never be filled.
Due to the Covid crisis, a celebration of Nick’s life will be held at a later date.

  3. I had the privilege of meeting Nick at Guardian Protection. He was my mentor for the supervisor position that Nick was moving out of and I was moving into. I felt so comfortable with him teaching me the aspects of the job. Our mutual interests crossed with drums and found out he was one of the best drummers I have heard. My deepest condolences to the family and friends. Nick we will miss you

    Words fail me in conveying my deepest sympathy and respects to your family. In your time of grief, please know that you are not alone. Nicks passing is felt by many and will be a loss hard to fill. We all shoulder this loss but none compare to yours. He was a great man, mentor and friend and he is missed terribly. I consider it an honor to have spent the time I got to spend with him. Rest in peace brother.

  9. I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine what you’re going through. I will continue to pray for comfort and healing. Nick was one of my most favorite people in this world. He was a great friend and helped me personally and professionally. I will never forget the impact he had on my life. The world was a better place with Nick in it. Rest in peace, my friend.
