Marjorie “Parge” Dinsmore

 

Marjorie “Parge” Dinsmore, 80, of Rochester Township, passed away unexpectedly in her home on May 21, 2019.  She was born on December 22, 1938, in Rochester, a daughter of the late Sylvan and Marjorie (Bowman) Brunner.

Marjorie owned and operated Dinsmore’s Dollhouses from her home for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie was also preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Dinsmore in 2015, her brother-in-law, Vince Bruno, and her best friend of 72 years, Lola (Roush) Procovich.

Marjorie is survived by her two children, Margie (Terry Sr.) Engelman, of Rochester Township, Jim (Bonnie) Dinsmore, of Ohioville; four grandchildren, Terry Engelman Jr., Missy Engelman, Jimmy (Joy) Dinsmore, and John (Monica) Dinsmore; three great-grandchildren, Jayden Revelant, Adelynn Dinsmore, and Abigail Dinsmore.

She is also survived by her sister Sylvia (Brunner) Bruno, numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving, faithful kitty, Lucky.

Friends will be received on Friday from 3-7 pm in the Huntsman Funeral & Cremation Services of Rochester (502 Adams St.) A private interment will take place at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
