Jack L. Bruce

Jack L. Bruce, 81,  of Hopewell Twp., passed away on Saturday November 11, 2017 in his home.  He was born on November 17, 1935 the son of the late Kenneth (Marie) Bruce and Marie (Kermit) Evans. He was retired from J&L Steel, and was also a US Navy veteran.  He was a life member of the former Woodlawn  F&AM Lodge #672. He attended Ohio United Presbyterian Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings: Clarence Bruce, Kenneth Bruce and Annamarie Kimble; and a daughter Karen Barth.
He is survived by his wife: Rita J. Jones Bruce; two sons: Kenneth (Lorraine) Jones, Center Twp.; Rev Richard (Dr. Adrienne) Jones, Annapolis, MD; a son-in-law: Jeffery Barth, Hopewell Twp.; 5 grandchildren: Matthew, Ryan, Hannah, Nathaniel, and Nicholas; 5 siblings: Kermit (Linda) Evans, James Evans, Ronald (Betty) Bruce, Sandra Evans, and Deborah (Mark) Kiss;  and an aunt and uncle: Lorraine & Bill Macroglou.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1PM in the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Aliquippa.
Private internment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.
